  • Jabber: Open a ticket with the IS Service Desk to install Jabber to make calls from a Mass General Brigham phone line using a computer​ (department cost center number required). Visit the Jabber How To Guide.
  • Practices with ACD phones: For employees who are part of an ACD network, use the bundled option of a CVO (Cisco Virtual Office) router, Cisco phone, laptop and headset.
