DAI is a program within Ambulatory Management (AM) that works with AM, the Access Center and Capacity Management – as well as on projects for MGH/MGPO and the entire Mass General Brigham enterprise – to optimize ambulatory care. DAI’s work handling internal data governance and structures helps provide faster, more reliable, reusable and flexible data, knowledge retention independent of individuals, and faster start-up time for new hires.
